Cancellation policy

Cancellation Conditions:

British Academy of Leadership and Project Management (lpm).accepts cancellation requests only under the following conditions. Any scenarios not listed below do not qualify for a cancellation:

Medical Emergency: Documentation required.

Family Bereavement: Appropriate verification is needed.

Government or Legal Obligations: Proof necessary.

Under no circumstances will refunds be issued. Instead, the remaining balance after any applicable deductions will be held as a credit for future purchases.

Timing and Deductions:

Less than 72 Hours Before Training:

Action Taken: 30% of the total fee will be deducted.

Remaining Balance: 70% will be held as a credit for future training sessions.

More than 72 Hours Before Training:

Action Taken: No deduction will be made.

Remaining Balance: 100% will be held as a credit for future training sessions.

General Terms:

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.

The credit held for future purchases does not expire and can be applied towards any training offered by the British Academy of Leadership and Project Management.
